Robust and highly stable diamond core stand suitable for core drilling up to 300mm in concrete and reinforced concrete and other masonry materials.

Supply Format

Titan drilling stand with toolkit (hex key and spanners x 3), concrete fastening kit (2 x M12 splaying anchors, 10 x M12 hammer anchors, setting tool, cord threade bar M12 x 65mm, quick clamping nut, washer.

Features

Constructed from square section 50mm unbendable steel tube with narrow tolerance for low vibration guidance slide.

Rig is continuously tiltable up to 45° and is double supported by single part construction steel girders providing maximum thrust to drilling rig.

Integrated spirit level for optimum siting of unit and adjustments by 4 eyebolts to compensate for uneven floors.

Built in depth scale for perfect drilling penetration.

Slide guided on all 4 sides by plastic pretensioned slide bearings which are adjustable to provide precision in-feed and low vibration drilling for optimum user control and prolonged diamond core life.

Quick clamping plate to accomodate diamond drill units with standard 60mm clamping throat.

Rack and pinion transmission lever can be inserted either side of the rig for right and left handed use.

Base plate has built in groove to accept vacuum attachment which is available as an optional accessory.

Adjustable clamping head allows the rig to be floor or ceiling mounted or between 2 walls.

Lightweight at just 19.5kg and easily transportable thanks to integrated wheels.
