Please note this unit is not suitable for bending table X copper which is the most common copper pipe sold in the UK. Due to the hardness of table X copper wrinkles will be formed on the bends which are generally not acceptable. We recommend this unit for multi layer composite pipes and table Y copper where excellent results can be achieved.

  • For many different types of pipes and tubes including, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and hydraulic applications. Especially suited for thin wall copper tubes to DIN EN 1057.

  • The cost of the bender can easily be recovered by saving money and labour installing expensive fittings, the finished system will also be more reliable due to fewer joints being installed.

Quick and easy hand operation capable of bending a Ø22mm tube in just 9 seconds. Fast in-feed and release saves time and effort and scale marked formers for precise bends making crossover, swan-neck and reverse bends possible.

  • Just 1 ratchet drive suits all pipe-work up to Ø32mm, 1 crossbar suits pipes up to Ø26mm and another for pipes up to Ø32mm. Device for reverse bends up to Ø22mm is available as an accessory.

  • High strength formers manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyamide.

  • Rapid former changing system ensures minimal downtime and maximum production.

  • Huge range of bending formers and back formers available to suit most pipe materials and sizes.
