Rems Orcus 3000 Electronic Camera Inspection System

Supply Format
The Rems Orcus is supplied with TFT controller unit, choice of cable and camera head (see below), power supply in either 240v or 110v and sturdy carry case.

Set 20 b/w K
The set 20 b/w K is supplied with TFT controller unit, high resolution black and white camera, 20m push cable with length marks in cable carrier, power supply in either 240v or 110v and sturdy carry case.
Set 30 b/w H
The set 30 b/w H is supplied with TFT controller unit, high resolution black and white camera, 30m push cable with length marks in pivoted cable carrier, power supply in either 240v or 110v and sturdy carry case.
Set 30 S-Colour H
The set 30 S-Colour H is supplied with TFT controller unit, high resolution colour camera, 30m push cable with length marks in pivoted cable carrier, power supply in either 240v or 110v and sturdy carry case.
System Advantage
Just one controller unit with TFT colour display is compatible with the complete range of Orcus camera heads and cable sets making conversion and upgrades simple and inexpensive.
Execution
Power options include cordless, corded and 12v automobile.
Controller unit is just 230 x 120 x 49mm and weighs just 0.7kg, therefore extremely portable and can be ideally placed when in use for optimal viewing.
Cable is detachable from control unit to allow for cleaning after use.
Optional cable carrier available for easy pushing of the cable.
Available in either 240v or 110v.
Protective carry case houses controller unit and is large enough to accept power supplies and accessories.
Controller with TFT Colour Display
142mm diagonal modern colour display with TFT technology, 320 x 240 pixel.
Adjustment control for the control screen brightness and LED light intensity on the colour camera head.
3 picture functions, full picture, part picture and scroll function.
Control unit is splash proof even with cover open and is supplied with sturdy, shock resistant housing.
Composite video out for connection to PC, laptop, video recorder, video printer, colour TV for easy documentation and saving test results.
Exchangeable black and white camera head
High resolution, black and white camera with CCD sensor, 290,000 pixel, and 8 ultra bright red Led's with adjustable brightness up to 800 mcd for brilliant, bright pictures.
Fixed focus lens with a 90° wide angle helps display even the smallest details.
Camera head is only Ø30mm and waterproof to 20m with highly flexible slide springs for effortless forward feed through pipes up to 30 metres.
Camera head has quick change protection cap manufactured from high strength polyacryl with a mineral glass window.
Exchangeable colour camera head
High resolution colour camera with CCD sensor, 3 x 320,000 pixel and 4 white, ultra bright LED's with adjustable brightness up to 2,400 mcd for brilliant pictures.
Camera is highly sensitive to light and will provide excellent pictures in low light situations.
Fixed focus lens with a 90° wide angle helps display even the smallest details.

The small head (23mm diameter) on this camera makes it particularly suitable for smaller pipe diameters and tight bends, high resolution black and white CCD sensor , 290,000 pixel with 8 ultra light Red SMS's and adjustable brightness control up to 800mcd for brilliant sharp pictures at low light level conditions.
