The Rems Curvo provides wrinkle free bending for many different pipes and tubes. It is quick and easy to use without long set up times and has fast and creep speeds fpr precise bending.

Universal Use

For many different types of pipes and tubes including, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and hydraulic applications. Especially suited for hard, half-hard, and thin wall copper tubes to DIN EN 1057.

System Advantage

Formers are universal to the complete Curvo and Sinus range, therefore the system is simple and inexpensive avoiding re-stocking.

Cost Advantage

The cost of the bender can easily be recovered by saving money and labour installing expensive fittings, the finished system will also be more reliable due to fewer joints being installed.

Execution

Compact handy and lightweight, drive unit is only 8kg. Can be used anywhere, anytime with no pre-setting required. Fast and effortless, a Ø22mm pipe can be bent to 90° in just 6s. Fast and creep speed for precise bending making crossover, swan-neck and U-bends possible.

Bending Formers

High strength formers manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyamide. Perfect mating of bending and back formers ensures perfect bends without cracks or wrinkles. 0 to 180° angle scale on each bending former for precise and accurate bends. Rapid former changing system ensures minimal downtime and maximum production. Huge range of bending formers and back formers available to suit most pipe materials and sizes.

Drive Unit

Heavy duty, maintenance free gear. Safety stop in both directions via slipping clutch to prevent overload. Powerful 1,000w motor with right and left rotation and stepless electronic switch for rapid and creep speed.

Supply Format

Supplied in the basic pack format which includes the drive unit in either 240v or 110v, insert bolt and heavy duty steel carrying case.

Please note that no bending or back formers are included in this pack.

Rems Bending Lubricant

Rems bending spray applies a lubricating film for reduced energy and uniformed bending.

Acid free, CFC free and ozone harmless.
